qqaa Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qqaa platform and all its services. qqaa is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. By accessing or using the qqaa platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

• These Terms form a legal agreement between qqaa and the user.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the qqaa platform:

• Age Requirement: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may create or use an account.
• Identity Verification: qqaa may request a valid ID at any time for age and identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
• One Account: Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Personal Use Only: You may only operate an account on your own behalf and for your own use. Playing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

When creating an account on qqaa, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• The name, phone number, and other details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential.
• Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify qqaa support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Use a strong password for your account security and change it regularly. qqaa will never ask for your password via email or live chat.

The following conditions apply to transactions on qqaa:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks) are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

qqaa may request additional documentation for any transaction as part of security verification. Identity verification may be mandatory for large withdrawals.

qqaa offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are governed by the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount plus the bonus.
• Deposit Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus offer applies only once per account.

qqaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion. Each special promotion may have its own additional terms.

The following rules must be strictly followed when playing games on the qqaa platform:

• Each game has its own applicable rules. These should be read before starting a game.
• qqaa uses advanced Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, qqaa will make the final decision on the outcome of the relevant bet.
• If evidence of cheating or unfair conduct in any game is found, the associated winnings will be voided.
• For sports betting, the outcome of a bet will be determined in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting body.
• qqaa is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection disruptions.

The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0%), and Gold (up to 1.5%). Higher tiers can be reached through regular play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqaa platform and any of them may result in account closure and legal action:

• Participation in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or engage in match fixing.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using false identities or documents.
• Unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Participating in coordinated betting strategies against the platform.
• Assisting a minor in using the platform.

qqaa reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Refusal to provide documents required for identity verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions or evidence of cheating.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may request this through the support team. If a valid balance exists, it will be withdrawn before the account is closed. A voluntary self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

qqaa places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
